To participate in the event, simply complete the free registration by clicking the REGISTER FOR FREE button located at the top of this page and filling out the full form. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration and a link to print your badge.

IMPORTANT: You need to print your badge and present it at the event entrance. There, you will receive a BAG with a lanyard to hold your badge and gain access to the external and internal exhibition areas.

Registrations are available on the website www.ntexpo.com.br, on the HOME, VISIT pages, and in links spread across various pages of the site.

Go to the VISIT page and click on the "REGISTER FOR FREE" button. You will be directed to the event registration system.
Since this is your first access, select the option "New Registration".
Choose the "Individual Registration" option.
Click on "Visitor Fair" to start your registration by entering your primary contact email and selecting the country where you reside.
Start your registration process by including your personal and business details.
Once you complete the registration process and reach the "Registration Successful" page, your data will already be in our system.

ATTENTION: Student access to the event is limited. In the case of student registration, follow the steps mentioned above (STEP-BY-STEP TO COMPLETE FREE REGISTRATION). On the first tab of the registration page, fill in the CNPJ field with the CNPJ of the Educational Institution.

On the third tab of the registration page, select the student option in the POSITION field, and type student in the POSITION FOR CREDENTIAL field. In the field below (1 - What is your position/hierarchical level? *), select the Student/Trainee/Teachers option.

In the PAYMENT DETAILS field (free), you can choose whether you will visit the event on April 22, 23, or 24, 2025.

If you completed your registration and saw the confirmation screen, don't worry! The confirmation message of your registration is automatically sent to the email you provided at the beginning of the registration process. However, if this does not happen, you can access the registration proof available in the "Access to Registered" section in the registration system.

Feiras&Congressos, the official travel agency of NT Expo, offers special conditions for travel, accommodation, and personalized service. During the event period, you will have access to the lowest market rates at the registered hotels.

Since it is a business event, the minimum age for participation is 16 years old.

Access for Pregnant Women
Pregnant women are welcome at the event and are granted regular entry. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees.

Access for Nursing Mothers and Infants
Nursing mothers and infants are also allowed entry, as long as they are accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult. This measure ensures the safety and well-being of all participants.
